At Naavinya Power Lubricant India Pvt. Ltd., we take great care to ensure our products are manufactured, packed, and shipped with the highest quality standards.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered — unless the item is received broken or defective.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund request will only be considered if:
- The product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
- The product is defective or leaking.
To qualify for review:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
- The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and the bottle must not be opened.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened, used, or tampered lubricant or herbal drop bottles.
- Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales.
- Products without proper proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
- Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling.
Verification & Process
Once your complaint is received:
- Our quality team will inspect and verify the issue using the evidence provided.
- Upon approval, we will initiate either:
- A replacement for the damaged or defective product.
Shipping for Returns (If Applicable)
If a product needs to be returned for inspection:
- Our team will share the return address and instructions.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your claim is verified and approved, we may reimburse or adjust the return shipping cost as applicable.
